I've been coming to Family Cuts for a while now, and the service is consistently good every single time. The stylists are skilled at all different styles, whether you want a classic cut, something modern, or a total change. They listen to what you're asking for and get it right.
Everyone on the team is polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and you never feel rushed or like an afterthought. It's a welcoming spot for the whole family, and I always leave happy with my haircut.

Have been coming to this salon for over 5 years! Chau and Jenny have always been the most welcoming owners everytime I am there and remember to ask about aspects of my life they recall from prior appointments. Extremely attentive and will even call me outside of their working hours to assist in me booking appointments. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

If I could give negative stars I would. One star is not low enough. I’ve been a regular paying customer here, but that ended on October 15. Despite having an appointment, I was abruptly refused service without any explanation. The staff were rude, dismissive, and remarkably unprofessional. The premises were also dirty and poorly maintained. I left feeling unfairly singled out and deeply disrespected. An appalling way to treat a returning customer. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere better.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. After coming here for several previous haircuts, I arrived for my scheduled appointment on October 15 only to be refused service without explanation. The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving the situation. To make matters worse, the establishment was filthy. I left feeling humiliated and discriminated against. Terrible customer service, questionable cleanliness, and a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I've been coming here for over 5 years and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. The team is always welcoming, professional, and consistently does an excellent job. No matter who I see, I leave with a great haircut and a great experience.
What I appreciate most is the consistency—they take the time to listen, pay attention to the details, and make sure I'm happy every visit. The shop is clean, friendly, and runs on time, which makes it easy to keep coming back.
If you're looking for a barber or stylist you can trust for the long term, I highly recommend this place. Five years later, they're still earning five stars from me.
