A good amount of booths with fresh produce, a beautiful cheese display booth withlots of options, pastries and desserts -cookies, ice cream, croissants of a variety of flavors! Skin care, handcrafted greeting cards, and some cute clothing items! Good amount of parking, super easy to get in and out of!

We had a private event at Farmakis Farms. The venue itself is super cute. It was easy because we provided everything and honestly left it spotless. That said, I think it’s important to note they have a 5 minute grace period (ie. If vendor is late getting item 10:05pm vs 10:00pm) the overtime charge is pretty ridiculous and much higher than what it is to even rent the venue hourly. I’d definitely be aware of that if considering this for a private event.

What this client failed to mention are the following items: 1. Our overtime charges are clearly stated in our contract which the client signed off on. 2. As a courtesy we provided this client 30 minutes of setup time prior to her event at no charge. 3. We notified the client and family members they had 30 minutes left before their rental period ended to ensure they were aware of the time. 4. We provided time-stamped photos to the client showing there were guests on the property well after her rental period ended. 5. We discounted her overtime charges as a goodwill gesture. What can we say, some folks just don't think contracts or guidelines apply to them.

Talk about loving your customers, you don’t have to struggle for parking, it’s free, signs are a plus if you are a 1st timer, nice little walking path, shade while you shop, super friendly vendors, everything was great, got some delicious bread by “Bear Creek Bakery “. 🥖 Super family friendly with the petting zoo.
