I can't say enough good things about Kareem and the myofascial massage therapy I am receiving from him. Kareen is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Every session has helped relieve long-standing tension and pain, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. He truly is in tune to what your body needs and adjusts the treatment accordingly. I'm so grateful I found him and his practice and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality therapeutic massage.

Akeem is highly personable and professional. Great technique- specialized- no cookie cutter franchise massage here! Oh- the atmosphere and environment in the space is liking being in a whole other dimension. Very creative and thoughtful. Definitely recommend the healing sensory experience using the acoustic vibration on the table. Happy to have a qualified and caring therapist in the neighborhood. Will be back!

Akeem gave me an hour or two of peace during months of excruciating pain. Also great convo. Never forgot. The pain isn't constant now and j appreciate Akeems energy and compassion throughout

I’ve been working with Hakeem for months and he’s pro. He deeply understands the body and works with care and precision in problem areas. My flexibility post-massage has never been better. I would highly recommend Fascia Focus.

I called Fascia Focus and Akeem called me back pretty quick and gave me a same day booking. My lower back was so bad that I had trouble walking straight and could hardly stand up once I was sitting down. He worked on me really deep tissue for 1.5 hours and touched points on my neck and shoulders I didn't know existed. I came out of there a little sore, but walking straight and being able to sit and stand up again. The next day I was back to normal. Highly recommended.

Ooooh bby my back was going through it and had about 10 years of stress stored in it like a USB drive from 2015. Akeem done went in there and did his thing. It was my first massage experience. My back was a new person 2 days after seeing Akeem. I felt very safe and will be definitely making this a reoccurrence.

Akeem is very professional and kind. The massage room feels like a fairytale — peaceful, relaxing, and spotless. Highly recommend him!
