Customers frequently praise the company for punctuality, responsiveness, and fair pricing across services including lawn care, landscaping, and junk removal. Reviewers note the availability of seven-day service and professional crew conduct. However, one recurring criticism involves perceived rudeness during initial phone interactions, with a customer describing the owner's tone as unprofessional when discussing leaf pickup requests.

Thank you. We really appreciate your business.
Called these guys on a Saturday because we were suddenly moving and had to get stuff out of the house. Everyone else was closed, but Fast Act Landscaping showed up within an hour with the dumpster we needed. Thanks guys!

This Granger landscaping service did a big project for my mother in law. She needed a professional landscaping company in Granger, Indiana to complete mulch installation, rock installation and do weekly lawn maintenance. Fast Act Landscaping and Lawn Care LLC was polite on the phone when we scheduled the initial estimate for our landscape projects and then showed up on time, gave a fair price and follow the tasks through to completion. I highly recommend company and look forward to calling them back this spring to build us a stone retaining wall with boulders.
Thanks for the busines Rupert! It was great doing business with you and we absolutely look forward to servicing you again for any landscaping needs you may have. When you are ready to speak again about the retaining wall installation we are just one call away, James is on standby!
James was very responsive and professional when he dropped of the dumpster and irked with me when I needed it a bit longer than scheduled. I would highly recommend their services.
Thank you, we appreciate your business! We try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to renting a dumpster or any landscaping services that we offer because we know how much it means to be flexible with the scheduling. Some landscaping projects take longer than others and in many cases, when renting a dumpster, its hard to tell how long you will need it for. Sometimes we need to request more time to complete a job due to unforeseen circumstances within a project. Many of our landscaping and dumpster rental clients are happy to work with us and we appreciate that more than you could know so we always return the favor every chance that we get. We love our clients here in the Michiana area and if there is anything we can ever do as a professional landscaping company to assist in their needs we are on board to do so! If you need longer with a can you just have to let us know and we will be happy to accommodate. Thanks so much for the review!
Awesome service, fast, open 7 days week, easy to work with, love this company!!!!

You were great to work with and when it comes to being a landscaping company in Granger, South Bend Mishawaka or Niles and the surrounding area we love to take great pride in our work! Let us know if there is anything further we can do for you!
Great service and reliable. Was in a bind and was the only place open on a Sunday for a dumpster drop
