Technician was very nice, professional and prompt. It was also very easy to schedule via text. There was a part delay and the employee texting/updating me sounded defensive that I was frustrated they were letting me know of the part delay (arrival would now be for the following day) at 3pm when the technician arrival time was between 2-4pm. Other than that everything was smooth.
Fast and easy appliance repair is outstanding! Their communication is superb, their scheduling is superb, and Aziz is an excellent technician. They solved a problem with a Downdraft Range hood that other services could not solve. I am very impressed and will certainly call them in the future.

After having a person recommended by Fischer-Paykel fail to solve our issue, we had Aziz come out. He spent the time to run it multiple times to diagnose the issue, address the water inlet problem, and to repair it. We are very satisfied after going a long time without a functioning top drawer of our dishwasher.
