Fast response. Very professional. Would highly recommend.
Replied promptly and had an inspector out the next day. The report came back quickly after that and they helped me find contractors to remediate the issue.
Fast Mold Testing was great and professional! They got back to my initial inspection request within 30 minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The inspection itself went smoothly, with the employees being professionals.
Contact Fast Mold Testing SF because there are mold in the bathroom ceiling of our house. Josh is fast responding, polite and patience . And the inspector is very professional and the mold test went well and last about 2 hours. And Josh also followed up with the test results and explained the report and provided some recommendations!
Very professional and thorough. I needed to delay inspection several times and was not an issue. I spoke to the technician before and after and they produced a thorough report with recommendations. Highly recommend their service!
Very easy to communicate with(email, phone, and text). The tests were thorough and the report was very detailed. We had a little hiccup with the appointment date but it worked out fine. Overall, very happy with the overall process.
Alicia arrived right on time and immediately set the tone with her professionalism and courtesy. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the inspection process, what she was looking for, and when I could expect the results. I appreciated how clearly she outlined what was included in…
These guys were fast easy and super reasonable. Thank you so much for making this a great experience. Definitely would recommend you guys!!!
I'm renting an apartment that's been having mold problems, especially during the rainy season. The landlord just brushes it off and makes me feel like I'm the one who has to deal with it. After calling fast molding, I found out it was actually an internal issue. James, our mold inspector, was there that day. He…

I have a mold situation on a garage remodel. Called fast mold testing and Josh was pretty helpful, he was able to understand the situation and sent me a certified supervisor the same day..
I contacted Fast Mold Testing around 6pm to request an onsite mold inspection as soon as possible. It was late in the day so I didn’t expect to hear from anyone until the next day. To my surprise, Josh from Fast Mold Testing contacted me right away! I had never done a mold inspection before, and Josh took the time…
Prompt and courteous.
I reached out to Fast Mold Testing on November 19, 2025 due to some urgent, suspected mold issues with my apartment. The intake rep was really sympathetic with my situation and walked me through exactly what to expect during the process. I was able to get scheduled around half a week later on November 24. My…
Fast Mold Testing quickly responded to my inquiries and provided all the necessary information I needed to make a decision. The appointment was made for the next day. The technician arrived on time and the air sample only took about 20 minutes to complete. All in all, a very easy experience for a reasonable price.
I had the pleasure to use the fast mold testing service earlier this week because I am purchasing a new home and needed the peace of mind that I am not buying a home that is filled with mold. I cannot stress how important their service is as certain types of mold can affect your health and overall performance in…

Fast Mold Testing was extraordinarily professional. After a Yelp inquiry, I was contacted (by phone) by a knowledge representative (Shantell).
