BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Where to even begin... This has to be one of the worst, most scammy buying experiences of my life. I purchased 200 custom cocktail napkins for an event 6 weeks ago. I paid around $80 for expedited shipping with a GUARANTEED delivery date the day before my event. I noticed two days before my event the napkins were apparently NEVER SENT OUT. Amy on the customer service team then said she was expedite it overnight and if I didn't receive them in time, she would refund my offer... seems reasonable right? But nope... The napkins never arrived in time, and get this.... THEY DIDN'T EVEN CUSTOMIZE THEM CORRECTLY! THEY WERE COMPLETELY THE WRONG ITEM FROM WHAT THE PROOF LOOKED LIKE! You would assume I would receive an immediate refund, no? Nope. I have called and called. Emailed and emailed. They finally conceded they can "issue a refund but don't know when.." I was like what does that mean, a week from now? A month? A year? This is by far and away the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. I ended up having to dispute the charge with PayPal and they did refund me but this is after months of dealing with this shoddy company directly. Images attached of the proof versus what I received - the text is missing and it was for a client book launch so the missing text (had they even arrived on time) is the whole point...

Ordered custom napkins for my sister' 70th anniversary high school reunion and paid extra for a delivery yesterday, April 10th. Still haven;t arrived as of today the 11th. Very disappointing.

What a fantastic service! The promotional products were just what I wanted and were of a higher caliber than I had anticipated. They arrived on time, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone attempting to establish their brand.
We have used Fastballoons several times now. They put a lot of care into the job, not only on the item itself but making sure it gets to you on time -- my last order even shipped a day ahead of schedule. The staff are easy to reach and go the extra mile, which is why I would recommend them.
Cheryl is HANDS DOWN the best customer rep. I have ever worked with. I was in panic mode after a company announced an inventory mistake and cancelled my order for balloons. Balloons specifically themed for a corporate event. Cheryl helped me every step of the way, and eased my stress for planning. I ordered Thursday and they came in Tuesday morning.
