Father Daughter Construction Prescott/Prescott Valley

I cannot say enough good things about FATHER DAUGHTER CONSTRUCTION. They recently completed a project where they tore an old tin roof off an home, and reframed it to support a new conventional shingle roof. This type of a remodel job is typically prone to have unexpected surprises, challeges and deviations in scope. Chris and his skilled team did a great job, staying on task and getting the job done ahead of schedule (even though we had a bit of a rain delay). They also performed a bit of additional framing work to recreate a roof access opening to replace the old worn out structure that previously existed. Paula was fantastic with communicating everything from the estimate and scheduling through to completion. We will definately use this company in the future for additional work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

OK - for me customer service is #1 by a far margin and the experience my wife and I have received from Father Daughter Construction has been FAR from ideal. Sorry for the long drawn out review but I feel this is important to get out in the open. My wife and I reached out to Father Daughter Construction in early July 2026 as we have several projects we wanted them to look at for our home in Prescott Valley. All small to medium size jobs (building a fireplace surround, storage space in our front hallway, installing board and batten to our Living Room wall, installing board and batten with shelving to a bedroom wall) but when added up, definitley a significant investment. Our first interaction involved having a representative come over to look over the job, take measurements, etc... This was on July 16, 2026. We were told that we would have a quote on July 21, 2026. After a few weeks of receiving nothing, I reached out to Father Daughter on August 3rd and received a call back that the representative no longer works at the company. I get that things like this happen but receiving a call or email with that information would have been nice. Strike 1 So with the canned apology, they told me to email over what we were looking for and they would review. So on August 4, I sent over what we were looking for with renderings to make things as easy as possible and received NO confirmation that they received my email. Strike 2. I reached out to the office AGAIN on August 5 just to make sure they they received my email which they confirmed they did. The last communication I received from Father Daughter Construction was on August 12 needing to coordinate a date / time on coming back in to take more measurements. Since then, we have not heard back from the company. Strike 3 OK just to "level-set" here, we initially reached out to Father Daughter Construction in early July. It is now August 31 (almost a full two months), with almost zero communication (it takes us reaching out to get a response), no quote, no "sorry we can't do it", no sending over a price they know we won't accept just to be done with us, nothing. I understand that companies want BIG jobs (new home construction, new additions, building a stand-alone garage, next-gen suite, etc... ) but just have some professional courtesy to respond back to all inquiries with a basic canned email versus just ignoring and waiting for folks to just go away. Listen, my wife and I live in the reality. We know people are busy but this experience has been extremely disappointing. The above write-up are the facts (we have all the emails as proof) so whatever the response to this review is from Father Daughter, so be it. The facts are the facts. I do hope that people take the time to read this and just understand what they may be getting into. Fantastic website but after that it falls off a cliff.

It is so hard finding good contractors but this place is amazing! It was a great experience from beginning to end. From the start they showed up on time, were very pleasant and listened to what we wanted. They remodeled my master shower and built us a new balustrade which were both absolutely beautiful. They far exceeded my expectations! I appreciated the team asking me questions, checking with me on items along the way and keeping things clean. Thank you Abraham, Jason and team for the exceptional work. And thank you Chris for always checking in! I will certainly call Father Daughter construction first for any home improvement projects in the future.

Father Daughter Construction just completed work on my new kitchen. They also installed new flooring throughout the space. The final outcome is just what I wanted. The crew was experienced and punctual throughout the project and did a good job cleaning up after each day's work. Chris, the project forman, was here to ensure the work stayed on schedule and correct any issues that came up. When I expressed concern over a lighting issue, Chris made certain I was pleased with the outcome. I am very pleased with my new space.

They did a great job, kept the dust and mess to a minimum. We’re very professional, quick while the quality of work was suprior. They were very respectful and patient with our dogs. Abraham was amazing, I would use Father Daughter again just because of Abraham.

Father and Daughter Contruction did a fantastic job replacing the siding on, and painting my house. in particular, Bradley and Chris made sure that all the details were accomplished. The crew was polite, yet professional. I will use Father and Daughter for any Contruction needs I have in the future.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Father Daughter Construction, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail oriented. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered helpful suggestions that made the final design even better than we imagined. What really stood out was how smoothly everything was handled. We had one change order during our bathroom remodel, and it was handled incredibly well. After the project had already started, we decided to remove a small window above the vanity. The adjustment didn’t disrupt the overall flow of the project. We loved working with Father Daughter Construction. Particularly with Staci who was amazing! She was so kind and patient, walked us through our kitchen cabinet design every step of the way. We made a few changes throughout the process, would call her, tell her our idea and she would quickly draw it up and sent to us. She also helped us with the selection of our floors and all our color pallets for the bathrooms, walls. Needless to say, our home looks amazing! The colors and everything she helped us select make you feel so warm and cozy! I love how responsive this company is and how they always made everything right !
