I had a piercing that fell out and the staff here were able to help me fix the problem! They were so kind and lovely. Highly recommend.

Always a welcoming atmosphere, knowable staff. Be mindful at the side parking lot, that Business suite is for close combat training for law enforcement 🙃so don't smoke or vape.

Loved working with them! My piercer was amazing and super professional with me getting my second lobes done and they turned out great!

Shoutout to the friendliest shop in the Bay Area! 🙌 I’ve been coming here for over 2 years, and the staff are always knowledgeable, welcoming, and treat everyone like family. Great service, great people, and even better music taste! 🎶❤️

I took my daughter to get her ear pierced. She got a regular helix and vertical. The person who did the piercings was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on what was and wasn't a good idea. Everything went smoothly and after 2 weeks there has been no swelling or infection. I highly recommend this place and Nick was excellent!

Loved the experience!

Yall are the reason why we’re getting 100*F weather. Using AI ads for your shop is hella laaaaaame. How are you all about expressing yourself, yet have to use AI as a creative source. Be so fr. Hire a real artist because I’m for sure as hell not gonna go to a place where AI is punching a hole in my skin

Browsing their website, I was impressed by their deals. I was able to easily pay online. Then I drove over, used their ample rear parking lot, and picked up the product from very friendly staff. All this happened within 15 minutes. Therefore, this shop has exceeded my expectations. I will come back and so should you.

Dude was super helpful, from WA w love brother! Thanks for the support!

I don’t even know where to begin describing how terrible my experience was here. I got three piercings done at the same time, and for the first six months they were constantly swollen, infected, and bleeding. I later discovered that the jewelry had turned black—it definitely wasn’t implant-grade titanium as advertised. On top of that, all three piercings were done at the wrong angles. Even a year and a half later, they’re still difficult to wear because of how crooked they are. Absolutely do not recommend. Stay far away.
