Faust Landscaping did an amazing job on house. I asked for something simple and they did amazing. I wanted small rocks between my house and sidewalk from my driveway instead of grass and they made the transformation easily. I am beyond happy.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not use this company. They have the worst communication. I had just bought a house and it had lots of garden areas and trees. I’m highly allergic to all of it so I hired this company to remove it all and told them they needed to dig them out not just scrape them up. They hired a third party company to remove the trees. Tree company was great! After that it took about a week or so for them to come and remove the gardens. Well they didn’t do it correctly and the plants started to grow back. I contacted them again and gave them the opportunity to fix the problem. They came out and of course didn’t dig up any plants and I contacted them the same day and told them the plants are gonna grow back because again they didn’t do the job right. About a week later I contacted them because the plants were growing back. Michael tried to say they were weeds but I sent him pictures of plants and they have yet to contact me back and make it right. And that’s been about 2 weeks ago. Please DONT LET THIS COMPANY WORK ON YOUR YARD AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Hello,
We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience, and we understand your frustration with the regrowth in the garden areas.
We want to clarify that our crew did remove the plants as requested. The new growth you’re seeing appears to be nutsedge, a fast-growing weed that can emerge quickly in disturbed soil, particularly in areas without mulch or another weed-suppression barrier. Unfortunately, removing the original plants does not prevent new weed growth from emerging, and these areas require ongoing maintenance to help control it.
We understand that you expected the areas to remain clear, and we regret that there has been a misunderstanding regarding the regrowth. We take our customers’ concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address them.
We remain willing to discuss the situation with you directly to help determine the appropriate next steps

This company way over promised, but unfortunately under delivered.
-They did not honor their 1 year warranty on plants and trees. When I reached out, they lied to me and said that was only offered if we continued a maintenance program with them. Never once was that mentioned to me. I was specifically told I had a one year warranty on everything except sod (4 months) if I let them inspect my sprinklers, which I did and paid for.
-They cut my internet line one day and then 2 days later cut my neighbor’s line after I specifically asked them to stop working until I had all lines marked by professionals. They dug anyways and cut another line.
-They planted the wrong plants and when asked about it, they simply said the ones I wanted weren’t available. They did not ask if I was even ok with the substitution.
-I had to constantly ask for things to be fixed or redone like cutting the pieces of sod to match the shape of the borders of the flower beds. They also weren’t going to trim any existing plants unless I asked.
-They checked existing sprinklers and added a few new zones. I had to ask them to go back and adjust because my driveway and walkways were getting watered more than some of my plants.
-They did not stake down any trees unless I asked.
-I was promised in the beginning some things they would “throw in for free”. Never saw any of that and by the end, I just wanted them gone and the job completed.
It was a terrible experience and now I’m let down once again because of their dishonesty with the warranty. Please avoid them to save yourself the headache. I hope they don’t treat other customers the way I was treated.

We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the warranty information communicated to you verbally. We inform all our clients that we provide a four-month warranty on all living materials and a one-year warranty on living materials if we offer maintenance services for the property. It appears that the confusion may have arisen from the fact that the irrigation system is warranted for a one-year period.

Michael and his team were absolutely fantastic! We had a fairly large project that involved building out nearly 900 square feet of patio, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
From the beginning, Michael was incredibly helpful in selecting patterns and materials and offered thoughtful feedback from a design perspective. He clearly cared about making sure the finished patio not only met our expectations but also looked great with the overall design of our home.
The entire team was professional, hardworking, courteous, and attentive to detail. There were a few instances where we asked for adjustments along the way, and Michael and his team were always receptive and willing to make the changes. They did a great job listening to our concerns, communicating with us, and addressing anything that came up promptly.
We highly recommend Faust Landscaping to anyone considering a landscaping or patio project. We are extremely pleased with both the quality of their work and the experience of working with them. When we eventually take on a similar project in our front yard, we fully intend to work with Michael and his team again.
