Fawley garage doors are the best!!!! I give a 10 out of 10. This was my second time using them. Alex is timely, knowledgeable , courteous & reasonably priced. It is a pleasure to do business with a honest man. I called Alex on a weekend , he called me back immediately & was at our house the same day to look at the job. He fixed it 2 days later & was on time with all phone calls & visits!! I can’t say enough about the work ethic of Alex. Also was very fair , reasonably priced. No need to look any further.
Professional, informed, very personable. Arrived on time, garage door opener installed and tested, reviewed details with me, above and beyond expectations. Scheduling insulation for garage door insulation with thm, too. My go to now for anything garage door!

Fawley Garage Doors are the ONLY people I would call to repair or replace our garage doors! The gentlemen that came out were very professional and personable. They explained what repairs they made, ran the large barn door up and down so I could see and hear that it was working properly and not going to fall on my car. They also checked/tightened the chains on all 3 doors, lubricated the rails and cleaned the sensors. We highly recommend Fawley!
I am not a Google reviewer normally, but Fawley deserved my time to share my interaction with them. I called Fawley because another Whitehouse garage door company was a total scam. The owner of Fawley, Andrew picked up the phone and explained that he was busy that day, but he could get a worker there (making time just for me), the next day. My door was stuck in the open position so I didn't want to delay the repairs too long. Andrew's worker texted and kept me apprised as to when he would arrive. The worker was right on time. I first noticed how clean and professional their trucks looked. The worker assessed my situation, got it up n running in about an hour. Since I was a veteran he wouldn't let me pay and thanked me for my service. It wasn't a major repair,but needed to be re visited to see what exactly caused the binding. Andrew got right back to me and said he could fix the door and not to worry about the initial visit. I was very impressed. That's how I remember small family businesses operating years ago when I lived in New England. Fawley Garage doors have earned my business!
Absolutely the best!! We were kept informed through the entire process. I was very picky on my doors but they never gave up and found me exactly what I wanted. Super happy!!
We have had Fawley out to deal with 2 garage door issues. The first was a minor sensor misalignment and the second was a broken spring. On both occasions we were impressed with their quick response. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.
