Customers frequently cite punctuality, professional communication, and fair pricing for services including septic tank pumping, drain cleaning, and water heater installation. Many reviewers note that technicians explain repairs clearly and resolve issues efficiently. However, a minority of low-star reviews describe delayed estimates, incomplete repairs, or property damage, suggesting inconsistent service quality on larger projects.

Ive used Feikema twice and it has been excellent each time, once to unclog my kitchen sink and the othe to replace the main water line valve thst was squeaking. They got in, isolated the problem and made the fix. They don't gouge you on the pricing either like the big name companies.

They have a loyal customer.

Feikama has been our plumber of choice for many years now and I truly appreciate them! Dirk always makes sure that we’re taken care of no matter the situation. One time I was at work and couldn’t get home to help with out when the water heater blew up on us and I was worried about my wife having to deal with it. Dirk personally took care of us and got the situation under control. I’ll always be thankful for his above and beyond help and first in last out attitude. Thanks! Mike.J
