Customers frequently praise the knowledgeable, punctual, and professional sales staff who provide detailed explanations of window, door, and roofing options. Installers are noted for completing projects quickly, maintaining clean workspaces, and delivering high-quality results that brighten homes. However, some reviewers criticize the high pricing and a policy requiring both spouses to be present for estimates. Additional complaints include missed appointment windows and installation errors such as unmitered framing or fogged glass.

Feldco earned every bit of this five‑star review. I had 16 windows and 3 entry doors replaced, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their products are solid, energy‑efficient, and backed by a lifetime warranty that even covers glass breakage — something you don’t find often. The installers were fast, professional, and incredibly detail‑oriented. They finished almost everything in one day, came back the next morning for my front door, and left my home cleaner than they found it. Every window is sealed perfectly, and the craftsmanship shows. After decades in customer service myself, I recognize excellence when I see it. Feldco exceeded my expectations, and I’m genuinely glad I chose them.
