Staff very unfriendly. When answering the phone they do not identify themselves and have an attitude. I had to go back twice because my simple requests for amending my will weren’t fulfilled. . Upon return i got charged an additional 75$ for a two sentence amendment on my living will

Lynn was honestly wonderful to work with! She has a great personality, is so easy to talk to, and definitely knows her stuff. This was my first time going through bankruptcy, so I was really nervous going into it. There’s so much stigma around it, and I honestly didn’t know much about the process or what to expect. Lynn took the time to break everything down for me, asked questions about my specific situation, and helped me really understand everything and put it into perspective. Fast forward to today, I truly believe this was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I honestly wish I would’ve done it sooner!
