Jen and team were able to accommodate me quickly to help my girl with a skin irritation after we moved. She now looks great and smells great and feels great, and they treated her incredibly well. She is a high anxiety kitty so I was worried, no need as everything went wonderfully. This place provides exceptional care and I will definitely be bringing Cassie back! They LOVE kitties, are kind and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent job!
I wish I found this place a lot sooner! They were super easy to get in touch with and incredibly thorough on the phone. We went over many topics during the screening call and by the end I was 100% confident my cat was in good hands. They were even able to get us in next day! Hand off was super simple, they communicated about potential pick up time, reached out 15 minutes before he was done, at pickup he was in a quiet room in his kennel resting and we went over how he did during the groom. 10/10 experience, my cat looks so handsome now!

Wonderful service! Highly recommend!<br>My dog has bad anxiety and is really nervous when it comes to getting groomed. Most places don’t want to deal with him, I’ve been told he can’t come back. Then we found Jen. Jen is very loving and patient with my dog. Hearing he “did great!” Is so refreshing! He also looks and smells incredible after every appointment!

Awh thank you so much Megan! I Gizmo is the sweetest little man ever, he just needs a gentle touch and some patience. We are very happy to have him here. and I cant wait to see him again for his next appointment :)
Man. I couldn't be happier with the care they took with my baby girl. She's 9 years old, and has never been touched by anyone but me. She was born feral, surviving her first couple years among the wilds in Julian. She only trusted me when she had her second litter, losing her first to the wilds. She brought the babies upon to my porch and came inside only after I had caught 3 babies, we lost two that night. So, her and I have had an agreement that I would leave her alone and she would let me pet her. They are miracle workers!!!!!!
Absolutely top-notch professional pet lovers took great care of my princess cat Sybil. The environment is clean and professional and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
