Felts Family Car Care are awesome. My Subaru needed the Catalytic converter replaced. They infored me that I could contact Subaru to see if they would cover or help with the cost. They gave me this information knowing that this could have taken business away from them. There are not many companies that would do this. I chose to stay with Felts. They did a wonderful job on my Subaru. I will definitely use them in the future.

Very honest people. A rarity in this day and age. Edit: took another of my vehicles in and had a good experience . Prices were in line,was fixed properly and had a quick turn around of about half a day.

Such friendly and professional people. Didn’t try to talk me into any added services and explained everything that was done to my car. They even gave me a recommendation for a safety inspection; which also was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

I was happy with service and the advisor Manny. I can't comment on price but for them to be in business this long I would think it must be competitive. Will use again without hesitation.

AC work done is good with great warranty. I do my own maintenance and got recommendations from them to do a lot of work like coolant flush, oil change , spark plugs and wires, air filter that I had done in the last 3k miles. I know they were not needed which is the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

Highly recommend. They helped me with a ride back home after drop-off, got my car diagnosed and repaired within 2 days, and beat competitors' prices. Very kind and professional employees. Best part is my car is running great!

I had to have the CV axle replaced due to a broken cv boot. Took truck on Thursday and got it back the next day all fixed and riding like a new truck.

Good communication, friendly office and solid repair. Had a repair delay due to a damaged new part. They refused to install it and communicated immediately. I appreciated they would be transparent about the issue and fix it right. 8/2026 Another trip, another positive experience. Good communication, helped work through issues. Found failure and repaired in a timely manner.
