I had labiaplasty and cleft narrowing done by Dr. Sue Kafali and I couldn’t be more happy with my results. My experience overall was fabulous, I came from out of town so because after a lot of research I concluded she would be the best and I was right. Pre op was very simple and they gave clear instructions. The day of my surgery it went very smooth, and they were very punctual where I was not just sitting around nervous and waiting. The anesthesiologist was also amazing! When I woke up they took great care of me and overall my pain was none. Klaudia helped me through the entire process, she was absolutely amazing and answered every question I had. She was very good at communicating and also checking in. I am one week post opp and I am already so happy with my results. I can easily say this was the best money I will EVER spend on myself. I will update if needed with my results but even with my swelling I am already just so beyond happy. Thank so much I am so entirely grateful - this surgery changed my life! If you are debating just do it you will NOT regret it!

From the very beginning, Klaudia was my main point of contact, and she was absolutely incredible. She was kind, compassionate, responsive, and so reassuring throughout the entire process. She always made me feel comfortable asking questions and went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and cared for. Having Klaudia there made such a huge difference in my experience, and I am so grateful for her!
I was naturally nervous going into surgery because this was such a personal decision for me. But the moment I met Dr. Kafali on the day of my surgery, I immediately felt safe, comfortable, and completely confident that I was in the right hands. She was warm, professional, reassuring, and genuinely caring.
Labiaplasty is such a personal experience, and I am so thankful I chose Dr. Kafali. I’m only on day 2 of recovery, and I already think it looks beautiful! I have had minimal pain so far — mostly just some soreness — which has honestly made me even more grateful for the care I received.
I already feel like a whole new woman — more confident, happier, and so excited to see my final results once everything has completely healed. ❤️
The compassion, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care I received from both Dr. Kafali and Klaudia were truly exceptional.

A huge thank you to Dr. K and Dr. T and their incredible teams. Raymil, my scrub tech, was amazing and helped everything run so smoothly. Alex from anesthesia made me feel completely at ease before surgery, which meant so much to me. Allie, my RN, was kind, compassionate, and attentive throughout the process.
A special thank you to Krystal, Dr. K’s nurse, and Klaudia, Dr. K’s patient care coordinator, for always being patient, supportive, and quick to answer my questions.
