If your looking for a first class company that does outstanding work and takes pride in building fences you found the right place. They are very competitive on pricing and are driven by customer satisfaction. We are very pleased with our new fence. Thanks Steve and Joe.
Our experience with Fence Rehab was wonderful. We had an idea which Fence Rehab delivered with quality, and in a timely and professional manner. And, it is BEAUTIFUL, before it has even been stained or landscaped... The new fence transformed the look of the entire property, creating a refuge of Zen and beauty. Steve and his crew were the pleasantest contractor experience since our move to Florida 4 years ago. Highly recommend!
(UPDATE) Now you are even denying having a conversation with me??? We spoke on a Monday and you were suppose to come to my house on that Thursday and you can't recall a thing is highly unlikely to me. I told you how I love giving positive reviews and I don't normally give bad reviews and now you can't even own up to this either? You wasted my time waiting for you and now I can't even waste my time continue reading all your nonsense reply on here and you trying to make me feel bad that I wrote this during a pandemic. I am very understandable and a caring person and you are taking an uncalled shot at me here. Work on your organizational skills to start with. Here is a reminder you even thanked me that I liked how you responded to the first bad response on here that you got. I do not appreciate one bit how you are responding to me now. Don't think I can make up these conversations with myself! Also I hired a small company FYI. I guess I should of paid more attention to the bad review on here. I tried to give Steve the benefit of the doubt here that things happen and jobs slipped on him due to being overloaded in work as he says due to the pandemic. I thought we had a great conversation on the phone about this but apparently not? When you make an appointment on a day you choose and don't even show up is really rude and unprofessional. I don't care how busy you are a quick text saying you can't make it or running late only takes a couple of seconds. My AC guy who is extremely busy never stands me up like this and will do this. This was a huge inconvenience for me waiting around for you to show up. I don't chase after people either and hired a more professional company who did a great job! I also rarely give bad reviews but now forced to. I had no problem waiting to get this job done I told you if you were that busy. Maybe you should just tell people you are not taking on any new jobs for now so you can get your work done on all your past commitments?
Poor reviews can make or break a business these days. At least try to work things out with the business owner. Their response to your complaints should be reflected in your review, but you have to, at least, try to reach out first. That being said, Steve is a man of his word and we love the fence.
We were very impressed with the quality of the work done on our white vinyl fence! Steve and Joe were able to design our fence to work around some large oak trees right at the edge of our property line. The custom cut outs and panels around the trees and roots look great. They also added some customized pieces to fill in gaps and reinforce the gates to prevent sagging. Due to some other projects going on, Joe built the majority of our fence on his own (about 175 linear feet of fence), working through the rain to get the job done. Steve came by before, during and after the project to confirm everything was exactly how we wanted it. I have already recommended Fence Rehab to my neighbors. We are very happy with the work and our fence looks beautiful. Highly recommend!
Steve, Ron, Tammy and team do great work. We found a photo online of what we were looking. Steve laid out the wood in our driveway to ensure we would get the look we were going for and that's how it turned out. The quality is amazing and it looks great. Steve is very fair to do business with. Highly recommended.
Awesome Workmanship Awesome Quality of Vinyl fence.. Awesome Crew 🤗👍 With all that's been happening in 2020 you guys made it happen!! So Glad I made that call to you We love our Beautiful Fence Thanks Steve & Ron & Smitty Look forward to seeing you all at our housewarming! Irene ✌
I was looking to duplicate a previously existing fence that was located only on one corner of my property, and also build a privacy fence along my rear property line. Steve showed up as promised, and if there were delays he let me know in advance. Steve and his team were extremely helpful with contributing excellent design choices, including where the fence and gates should be positioned, and how the two different style of fences should join together around the parking area. The fence turned out absolutely beautiful. Steve and his crew are true craftsmen. I wish that Steve was also a general contractor as well, because I would trust him to do all other projects needed on my home.
Fence Rehab built an extraordinary, high quality fence for us. If you are looking for a custom fence which stands out from the rest, Fence Rehab is the company to use.
100% able to build the custom fence I requested. Other companies said no. A Fence Rehab owner worked with me & did not roll his eyes at the pictures of the fence I wanted. He said “we can do that”. Accurate quote & well built fence = happy customer.
