Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Mary! We're happy to hear you had such a great experience from start to finish. We truly appreciate your recommendation and thank you for choosing Fence World of Janesville!
I have had the opportunity to use Fence World of Janesville on two different occasions and each time the experience was over the moon. First, their pricing is competitive and their product selection is robust (I had vinyl privacy fence panels installed). Second, their installation crews, I had two different teams, are highly professional in that they are punctual, they work quickly and they take great care in doing a quality job. Finally, their fencing looks great and appears to be holding up wonderfully. If there comes a time when I need more fence work to be done they're the ones I'm going to call and you should too.

Jose V., Rob F., and Isaiah did an outstanding job installing my new fence. They were professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they made sure everything was done right from start to finish. They were also friendly, respectful, and left the area clean when they were finished. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality fence installation. Thank you for a job well done!

Luke and Joe installed our fence today, and did an excellent job. They were professional, and courteous, answered our questions and when they could not answer, they got the answers for us and got back to us. They installed a western red cedar fence , and it looks good. Thank you gentlemen and thank you to fence world of Janesville.

Thank you for the review, Chad, and for sharing the photos! We're glad Luke and Joe did an excellent job and kept you informed throughout the installation. Your new cedar fence looks great, and we appreciate you choosing Fence World of Janesville!
I have mixed reviews here. Keith came out and did the estimate, very helpful and professional. But when they came in to do layout the estimates had been changed. When calling and trying to get information from office, information was mixed, 2 people either didn’t know or didn't care about their job. The last lady I spoke with was helpful. Installation: Luke and Joe came and installed the fence and from the start were very helpful, polite and professional and did a really excellent job. Thanks guys!

Thank you for your feedback, Hope. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. With four office team members answering calls, there are times when we may not immediately have all the details of a specific project. In those situations, our goal is to make sure we're providing accurate information, even if that means taking a little extra time to get the correct answer and follow up.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to continue improving our communication. We're glad to hear Keith, Luke, and Joe took great care of your project and that you're happy with the final result. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope you enjoy your new fence for many years to come!
