The Fenn diagnostic team was super thorough, polite and gave me a round about figure on what the cost would be. When it came time for the treatment, Alex was prompt and courteous, explaining just exactly what he would do. Even though “termites” was not what I wanted to hear, Fenn made the whole the whole diagnostic, treatment and payment process very quick and professional.

Tobias has been inspecting our home for termites every year, and he always does an outstanding job. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspections. I really appreciate how careful and detailed he is as it gives us great peace of mind knowing our home is protected from termites. I had been using a different company but with the recent ant infestation, I needed someone to actually GET RID of the ants coming into my home. Fenn was (and is!) the perfect solution!! I am a new customer with Fenn and paid $185 extra for a mosquito spraying which did nothing. They also double charged me and I am following up a second time to have the charge removed. As mosquitos are a flying insect, they do not warranty this service so be aware that another alternative may be more effective as they will not come back out and re-spray and I have not noticed a difference at all - just as many mosquitoes before and after spraying.
