Brought my Trailhawk in with a horrible clunking noise coming from the front suspension. They correctly diagnosed and replace a lower ball joint and lower control arms, something the Jeep dealership had completely failed to do previously. Super nice and responsive. Sent photos and videos of the issue. They even washed it and left it for me to pick up after hours. Jeep drives like new again. I'll be using these guys from now on for all services.

I called Figs to get more information about a potential repair a few weeks back. The associate was very knowledgeable and professional and provided great tips on my options.
Eventually I didn't get the repair done due to other circumstances, however the associate reached out to me today just to check-in. He truly made my day knowing that even though I'm not officially a customer yet, this shop truly cares! 🥰
I definitely will be using them in the future.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was very kind, and my oil change was done pretty quickly, and they even checked other things in my car and let me know I had a brake light out and they filled up my windshield wiper fluid and made sure everything in my car was good and they left pictures. It was very nice.

If you're considering, go ahead and give them a call. They managed to cut off a check engine light and stop the rattling that had been on for over a year for under $350 on my 23 year old car. Miracle workers truly, and kind to boot. Scott was a delight to work with, I'll be back, though hopefully not too soon lol

The staff at figs go out of their way to satisfy the customer. They provide you transportation to work or home and arrange for you to be picked up.
Johnny and Scott take time to explain what the problems are and options.
I will definitely return to them for any issues with my automobiles in the future.
I highly recommend them without reservation.
