Finegan, Rinker & Ghrist

I do not recommend this attorney. Rob Finegan reviewed my real estate purchase contract and approved it, but the contract contained incorrect dates that were never identified during his review. When I later contacted him with concerns about the contract, I asked to speak with him, but he declined to discuss the matter by phone. I reached out because I wanted legal advice about the issues I had identified in the contract. At no point did he ask me to explain my concerns or attempt to understand the situation before reaching his conclusion. Instead of taking the time to speak with me, he assumed I had simply changed my mind about the purchase and advised me to offer my earnest money to the seller in exchange for a release. If you expect an attorney to listen, evaluate the facts, and then provide advice tailored to your situation, that was not my experience.

Adam Ghrist is an excellent attorney and highly recommended.

Bottom of the barrel. The lack of communication was worse than normal for lawyers, but rinker set all the final dates for my case then withdrew in the very same hearing, right after I agreed to everything. Even before the motion was officially granted he ceased representing me, but did offer not to bill me for the time he spent on the withdrawal if I didn't object. Watch out

I can’t thank Adam enough for all of his great work and dedication with my court case. I was a father seeking equal parenting time with my daughter after a nasty divorce. Adam went to bat for me and navigated me through the process which ended with the ex wife finally agreeing to equal parenting time with our daughter right before trial was going to be set 🙏🙏🙌. Adam informed me of the things that could come along with me filing and what his thoughts were about my case. Adam makes sure you understand the legal terminology, makes sure you understand what you are agreeing or not agreeing to and is prompt in answering your questions/concerns that come up. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone going through what I did. My only regret was not hiring him sooner, he really has you/your child’s best interest at heart-hands down.
