We thought we were going to have palm trees trimmed but circumstances beyond our control happened and we couldn't do it as planned. We tried to cancel our appointment less than 24 hours later, they had done nothing for us just gave us a estimate over the phone. They asked us to take pictures for them, they did nothing. They would not refund our $80.00, it unfortunate that they lost a customer over $80.00 but this is how they chose to do business. They can have the $80.00 but we both know they did nothing to earn it. I will never do business with dishonest people like this. Update: we had our trees trimmed by another company and were thrilled with the results. I stand by my review and remind the owner they lost a customer over $80.00! Taking care of your customer is very important.

The signed estimate clearly states that the deposit is non-refundable. However, we tried to explain that it would remain as a credit and could be applied to future tree work. <br>The estimate was reviewed, accepted, and signed and the deposit was paid. The following day we received a call requesting to cancel the work scheduled due to a change in the customer's financial circumstances. We explained our deposit policy. <br>We stand behind the estimate provided and the terms that were agreed to at the time of acceptance. We regret that you are unhappy, but we believe we handled this matter fairly and in accordance with the signed agreement.
The owner of the business came to my house and determined that my mesquite tree didn’t need to be taken down. An appointment was made and the crew was on time. They confirmed what major branches needed to be taken and proceeded to do the work. They were quick, mulched all the branches and cleaned up the entire area. Great 😊 job

I had a great experience with Finest Tree Service after a large branch unexpectedly fell from one of my eucalyptus trees and I needed emergency removal.<br><br>I reached out to several tree companies in Tucson, and Finest Tree Service offered very fair pricing compared with the other quotes I received. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and the crew did a fantastic job removing the branch and cleaning everything up afterward.<br><br>It was a stressful situation, and I really appreciated having a company that was responsive, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. I would absolutely use Finest Tree Service again and highly recommend them!

This company did an excellent job. They are prompt, communicate well, organized, listen to what I want done, go over the job details again upon arrival. Perfect job, quick and friendly. I have used Finest Trees for several years for trimming both palm trees and regular trees. They have always arrived on time, done an excellent job, and made sure they cleaned up all of the leaves and twigs that were laying in the yard at the end of the job.
