First time I needed legal help. Chris is straight to the point, down to earth, humorous, informative. He shedded light on options I had when I felt like did not have much of a choice. He was able to get small wins over possessions, but in my case there is no side that can be considered a winner. Despite going through an unknowing path he always gave me his professional opinion and threw in his own opinion for a bit of relief. Which is what I appreciate during moments of tension. I’m sure this work is not easy, but Chris reassured me towards an endpoint to the situation I was in. His availability was quite flexible. He’s quick to the phone, if he does not get the phone, he informs quickly that he is tied up and will get back to me or agree to be on a call in the future.

Attorney fiorentino listened to me and was very informative. He gave me so much of his time for free. He was more knowledgeable than all the other lawyers I have dealt with. Highly recommended. I will use his service in the future if any issues arise. He even spent time with me helping me draft a letter to my employer, even after we determined I don’t have a case. All for free ney at a significant cost to address the situation. This was an extremely distressing experience, and it has had a lasting impact on my trust in you as a lawyer.
10/26/26: This review leaves me confused. “John Smith” is the alias of a person I met with nearly a year ago. I don’t see enough here to help remember the details, but from what he wrote, it's clear that we met once regarding a conflict he had with an employer. During this free consultation, I evidently told him I did not think the case was right for me. I’m sure I thought it was a case we were unlikely to win with the information we had, and then helped him write a letter to his employer (probably seeking a copy of his employment file – to which anyone is entitled under Massachusetts law), so we could learn more about the circumstances of the conflict. Mr. Smith then left me a five star review, which I certainly appreciated, and I responded, writing "John, thank you so much for the thoughtful review. We’re really glad we could give you clarity and support, even when it turned out you didn’t have a case. Everyone deserves straightforward guidance. If anything ever comes up in the future, we’re here and ready to help." 38 weeks later, Mr. Smith changed his review from 5 stars to 1 star, and changed part, but not all, of the text. It’s possible he’ll change it again, and so here it is in its entirety as of this moment: “Attorney fiorentino listened to me and was very informative. This was an extremely distressing experience, and it has had a lasting impact on my trust in you as a lawyer.” I have no idea what changed in those 38 weeks, but I don't have enough information to know whether I would have done things differently in retrospect. Either way, certainly hope Mr. Smith is able to resolve his matter fairly.
We had an exceptional experience working with Chris on a legal dispute involving an automobile accident. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us achieve the best possible outcome. What impressed us most was how clearly Chris explained our options, outlining the potential benefits of each approach. He helped us understand which options offered the best potential return, allowing us to make an informed decision with confidence. His honesty, transparency, and ability to explain our legal situation in straightforward terms made a stressful experience much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated his guidance and the exceptional job he did handling our dispute. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for an attorney who combines legal knowledge with clear communication, practical advice, and a genuine commitment to his clients.
Rick, I appreciate the review. You guys were a pleasure to work with. I'm glad we got a fair result.
100% professional and diligent in handling what we needed to, while making sure I was fully informed along the way. Great communicator. Thank you.
Ryan, I’m so glad you felt that way. You were wonderful to work with.
Easy to get in touch with and communicate. Gets back to you when promises, walks you through the process without over promising or extra speculations. Gets required outcomes. Effective and efficient, worth the money.
Thank you! Getting back to people when I say I will matters a lot to me, so I'm glad that came through.
Great defense lawyer — highly respected and favored in the area! Respectable prices.
Thank you!
I highly recommend Christopher Fiorentino! Christopher helped me and my family through an extremely stressful situation based on allegations we believed were completely unfounded. Despite having very little time to prepare, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He communicated with us every step of the way and helped us feel comfortable, prepared, and confident throughout the entire process. We are so grateful to have had him in our corner and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney who truly cares about his clients!
Stacey, you and your family were wonderful to work with. I hope you won't need my help again, but if you do, I'll be happy to get involved.
RUN! He is not a real criminal defense lawyer. He is an instant success lawyer who sucks. He treated me like a prosecutor and lied from start to finish. I hired him in May 2025 for my OUI (marijuana) and negligence case (which was the first and only time I've ever gotten arrested). He lied from the beginning saying he'd never lost a trial, was always better prepared for court then the Commonwealths' prosecutors, he'd visit my sister whose incarcerated, etc. I fell for his lies and hired him as I was in rush to find a lawyer. Which turned out to be a HUGE mistake In the 9 months it took me to figure out he was a liar and fire him, he managed to finagle $11,000 out of me. In return, I got not 1 favorable outcome. Zero. The outcomes he helped me get caused me to have a midlife crisis. My finances, freedom, employment opportunities, ability to get housing, to travel, are all way worse off now then they were before I hired Chris. He lost my trial- I was found guilty on both charges, had to pay thousands of dollars in court and program fees, was put on 1 year of probation...the list goes on and on. He talked me into not testifying and letting him do all the speaking at my trial. I regret listening to him because he did horribly. Ex: He wasted time submitting 2 blown up pictures of the layout of Lynn streets as exhibits. Wasted more time putting the pics on an easel, showing everyone and talking about random things on the map. As if the streets of Lynn on google maps was going to help my case. He didn't mention any of my medical or psychiatric issues. This did not make any sense; last year he asked me to send them to him which I did. He did absolutely nothing with them. A real lawyer would have submitted at least some of my health records as exhibits and made sure to take some time to explain what some of my conditions are. The jurors may have been able to understand why I could not do all of the field sobriety tests perfectly had Chris not failed to use the records I sent him. He could not even file an appeal for me properly. My appeal has been messed up for 6 months now that Chris has failed to do basic things a lawyer should know how to do, such as file an appeal and a notice of withdrawal. It will take years for me to recover from all the losses I had as a result of this guy. Don't make the same mistake I did and hire him. He may mess your life up as bad as he did mine
I can’t recommend Chris highly enough. From our very first conversation, he was reassuring, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident throughout the process. What stood out most was his integrity, professionalism, and the trust he inspires. Highly recommended.
Eric, that first conversation set the tone, and I'm glad you felt confident from there. Thanks so much.
Chris is really great. He takes the time to really listen and offers advice accordingly. If you need legal advice, I would highly suggest.
Thanks, Mat. Listening first is the most important part of the job.
