Such a great first experience at Fire & Flow Yoga! Kris was an amazing instructor for Power 50 , and everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. I joined a few friends who are already members, and after just one class, I can definitely see why they love it so much! Great atmosphere, great energy, and an all-around wonderful experience. Looking forward to coming back!

If you’re looking for a studio where you can develop your practice in a supportive, inclusive, and challenging environment, look no further! I took my first class at F&F almost a year ago and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for both my physical and mental health.
They offer a great range of classes from restorative to downright brutal, but whatever class I take, I always leave feeling accomplished and uplifted. I highly recommend giving F&F a try!

Highly recommend Power 50 with Kris! Great start to my morning. The intensity level of the flow was just right with the flexibility to take modifications if needed. This studio has a great sense of community and positivity.

I attended my first hot yoga class at Fire and Flow. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was so pleased. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Although I am a yoga novice I wasn’t made to feel that way. I would definitely go back!

I did a Friday class from 5:30- 6:30 with Kris. It was a great yoga class. I’ve taken classes at various gyms over many years, and this was first rate, with a range of poses from familiar (Warrior) to ones new to me or forgotten (Fish, with a block). The class moved briskly but with time to breathe and take a few extra breaths in Doqnwars dog and while holding poses. Lovely support from Kris and she encouraged us to support each other. There were cool lavender-scented towels at the end which were much appreciated!

My first in-studio yoga class ever was awesome because of the atmosphere of the studio. The instructor (Kris) was so warm and welcoming, and the general vibe of the studio felt that way, too. I didn't feel intimidated at all as a beginner. Kris was knowledgeable and encouraging and provided cues and modifications throughout the class. Highly recommend!

Kris was fantastic! I loved the spoken message of today’s class. The flow had a nice pace and movements were perfect for my level. Music was also a nice addition. I will most definitely attend this class again
