I’m a repeat customer. Well priced and convenient . Guys are always hard working, polite and extremely professional!
Both gentlemen were very polite and professional and didn’t question anything I wanted to get rid of. They were also very quick in the removal process! We will definitely use them again! Thank you!
The work was done quickly and communication was easy the entire time.
I had a lot of items to have removed, including two heave items. The job was done quickly and at a fair price. This is my second use of the company, and would use them again.
next day service, were on time, did a great job and were pleasant and the price was reasonable. I'd hire them again.
I wanted to give special recognition to both Shane and Trey who ran the house clean out project. We had just had the house newly painted, and were concerned at the risks of bumping the walls while the furniture and other items were removed from upstairs. Shane and Trey did a great job of getting a large desk and…
Shane and Trey were great! I personally experienced how this business has only 5 star reviews. Very professional, punctual, responsive and delivered above expectations. Won't even research next time and right away use them, highly recommend.
We had old furniture removed from our house. Scheduling was easy, the crew arrived on time. Shane, Tray, and Michael were courteous and careful not to damage walls or flooring as they worked.
Shane and Trey were prompt, polite and professional. Very quick and easy to book and haul away!
So Shane and Tyrel came to my house exactly when they said they w/be here. The antique stove that they removed was incredibly heavy, but, these gentlemen had no trouble removing it. They were cheerful, respectful and very professional. I w/definitely recommend this company. Thank you. Maya the receptionist, was…
Shane, Tray and Chase did a great job.
Tray and Shane were awesome
Excellent service all around-exceeded our expectations. Shane, Mike, and Trey were prompt, careful, efficient, and thorough. We will certainly call Junk and More the next time. Highly recommended!!
TLDR: This crew is hardworking, kind, professional, and just all around a welcomed joy to be around. Nowadays, that is a pretty high bar. They do great work, and have always done their best to take care of our needs! I would highly recommend them for any job you've got! The long story: We've been working with Junk…
Mike shane and tray came in did their jobs clean up was professional, they were in and out in less than an hour. Would use again in the future.
Mike, Shane, and Trey were great! They called me early and they finished the job very quickly! They were super friendly and I’m grateful I didn’t have to get rid of the washer and dryer myself! I appreciate it guys!
Shane, trey, and LaMichael were fabulous. So responsive and helpful. Looking forward to continuing work with them more
Shane, Tray, and Le’Michael were very cooperative and performed admirably in picking up my items. They were patient and very personable.
Friendly and prompt. Highly recommend
Shane and Trey did a great job helping clean out our extra stuff. They were respectful, courteous, and on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
The service techs did a fantastic job of doing a full basement clean out! It certainly wasn't a pleasant task, and they got a great workout going up and down the stairs carrying awkward and heavy items. They were very professional and personable. The cost was less than we predicted and worth every penny. 💯 We will…
Nice employees, but completely unimpressed by the service, unfortunately. I filled out the form to schedule online, intentionally picking a time on a day where it would not rain. When my junk removal window started, without any word from the company besides the “thank you for scheduling with us” screen, I called.…
Hands down the BEST junk removal service I’ve ever used, and believe me I’ve tried many!!! No other company compares to JunknMore!!
I was thrilled to find a business to help me clean my garage on such short notice—and doubly thrilled to find one that supports animal rescue shelters. Their team of three personable and hard-working young men cleaned my garage so well it looked in brand new condition. They had a fantastic work ethic and great…
The pile we started with is shown below. They said it would likely be a full truck. It was a very full truck. The two guys were very polite. I absolutely cannot fault them on that at all. Also the upfront pricing is helpful, but everyone I’ve worked with junk hauling wise has upfront pricing. That said…there are…
The previous owner of my newly purchased home left piles of construction debris and loose garbage all over the curb, and the city trash could not collect it that way. I called Junk Pros, and they were prompt, polite, and quick as anything to get it all cleared away safely. They even raked the grass to get up the…
Been living in Columbus for 22 years. Since I’ve lived on my own for the past 5-6 years, I’ve recruited help from movers and companies I believed to be similar to this one, but they set a brand new precedent! Two pros arrived 20 minutes early, and contacted me prior to ensure I was ready for the service. Old…
Billy was extremely polite and went out of his way To get our fence torn down and some miscellaneous junk removed from our yard. I am 100% pleased. Would use this company again in a heartbeat
Couldn't be more impressed with the entire operation. Very fast, very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.
The service technicians were efficient and friendly. They completed the work quickly . I am happy with the work and would highly recommend them.
Evan and Cody were great! They were prompt, courteous and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend Junk Pros!
This is the 2nd time I've used this company and as before, I would highly recommend them! Evan and Cody did a great job protecting the house as they removed furniture, etc. They were polite, friendly and professional. They wore their masks at all times. I will only come back to this company if needed in the future. Thank you!
Had Junk Pros out today to remove an old shed and some contents. Cody and Evan did a great job. Super nice and professional crew. Pricing was clear and up front. Will certainly use them again in the future.
Highly recommend Junk Pros! They helped us with clearing out our basement full of junk and old furniture. The price was very reasonable and it was simple to schedule. The guys that came were polite, professional, and did a great job.
Cincinnati Junk Pros As a general rule, I don't write reviews. Though with Junk Pros I had to. Nick and Kyle were the hard working guys that removed everything I wanted removed. They worked their tails off and even when I added things I forgot, it wasn't a problem, they were happy to take care of it. I highly…
The two gentlemen were on-time, polite, professional and easy to work with. They removed furniture, wood and other junk collected over the years in my basement and garage. They worked quickly and efficiently. I had told them I had a full truck load but in the end, they adjusted the price down because the truck…
Thank you Junk Pros! I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company. The gentlemen who came to my home were professional and kind. I am still amazed at how efficient they were removing a full truckload of furniture, appliances, and general junk from my apartment. They made my move so much less…
Simply outstanding service by Junk Pros this morning. Highly recommend them.
They were very professional and quick. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get scheduled for the next day. Both gentleman were personable and hard workers. Thank you for helping me!
I cannot say enough good about this company. Scheduling was extremely easy. The two men who arrived were on time, very kind and professional and did a great job removing some very difficult items. They even helped me move some items to a storage unit. Their price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future if needed.
