I had an excellent experience with Anthony Sosa. He arrived right on time, was professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and attic. He carefully identified several possible entry points where rats were getting into my attic and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His attention to detail and expertise gave me confidence that nothing was being overlooked. Dealing with an unknown issue like this can be stressful, but Anthony made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and dependable roofing professional. The rat I could see can no longer access my attic thanks to Antony. His attention to detail does not go unnoticed.

Elizabeth, we’re glad Anthony could make a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. Showing up on time, checking both the roof and attic, and clearly explaining the possible entry points is exactly the kind of thorough work our Dallas team aims for. Thanks for trusting us and for sharing such a thoughtful review.

Chad came out to our house for a roof inspection and did a fantastic job! He took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed and provided helpful information on proper roof maintenance. We really appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to answer our questions. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to educate homeowners rather than just sell a service. We'll definitely be calling Chad again!

We had a great experience with Firefighter Roofing from start to finish! Roy did an outstanding job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, communicated what to expect, and made sure we knew the next steps along the way.
The roof installation was excellent, and the crew did a fantastic job with the cleanup afterward. Roy continued to follow up even after the roof was completed, making sure the gutters and window screens were taken care of as well.
It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and follows through on their commitments. We’re extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Roy and Firefighter Roofing to anyone needing roofing work!

I want to take a moment and personally thank Roy Metcalf for a wonderful customer experience. Roy did a fabulous job with a very small roof repair on my house and he was very professional-not to mention he took the time to educate me on how to identify the make and model of my shingle. This kind of service is rarely shown anymore in our industry and I wanted to take the time to tell Roy and Firefighter roofing Thank you! The Coulson’s appreciate you Roy!

Bobby, thanks for taking the time to recognize Roy. We’re glad he could help with the repair and, just as importantly, take the time to explain your shingles and answer your questions. That kind of straightforward, helpful service is exactly what we want our Dallas team to deliver.
We really appreciate the kind words from the Coulson family, and we’ll make sure Roy sees this.

We lost 17 shingles this past spring, and now after a LONG drought, there are heavy rainstorms forecast for the next 5 days… I was worried that I had put the repairs off too long and that our roof would leak during the storms. I called Roy Metcalf and he fit us into his already busy schedule—just in time to beat the thunderstorms! Once more, Roy and Firefighter Roofing saved us from the potential of water damage through a leaking roof. I HIGHLY recommend Firefighter Roofing for anyone needing high quality roof repair service. A++++

We used Firefighter Roofing for our Arlington ER roof replacement this week. From the first call, the service, communication, professionalism and promptness was excellent. We had Phil as our contact from the beginning through the entire process. He was on time, did exactly what he said he’d do and communicated everything. I met Don who helped oversee the project, clean up and ensured safety. Safety is a priority with this company. They do safety meetings prior to the start of the job. That’s rare.
The crew was also fast, efficient and professional. They finished in a day and cleaned up around the building better than they found it!
We had shingles and a TPO portion done. They do it all!! Please seriously consider this company for your roofing needs. Honestly, as good of a company as I’ve ever dealt with. As a retired Fire Lieutenant, it was great to be able to trust them with everything. Thanks again!!
Guy, this means a lot, especially coming from a retired Fire Lieutenant. Phil, Don, and the crew take communication and jobsite safety seriously, so it’s great to hear that stood out from start to finish. We appreciate you trusting us with the Arlington ER project and taking the time to share your experience!

The Firefighter Roofing Team
After a recent hail storm I got about 300 calls from roofing companies and telemarketers offering me a roof inspection. I immediately looked up local companies and came across Firefighter Roofing. As a first responder I knew that going with a person who has spent their career serving their community isn’t driven by sales and that ultimately they will give me an honest assessment.
Phil reached out and was on the roof a few days later. He informed me the roof was good but that one of my bathroom fan vents had been blown off. I was worried they wouldn’t want to take on such a small project but Firefighter Roofing didn’t disappoint, because fixing it was the right thing to do.
After offering a fair price they quickly came out and made the repair. Phil even contacted me to say that some of the wood around the vent had gotten wet and was rotting and they replaced that as well at no additional cost.
That, my friends, is customer service at its finest. I pray I won’t be replacing my roof anytime soon. But if I do I know I’m calling these guys again. Well done, Phil, thank you.
