Both of the installers we very nice and knowledgeable. It was a seamless installation. They went over the App and explained that very well too. A very positive experience.

We were told there was a 5 week wait for install when we ordered and we still decided to go with them. A week after ordering, they had an opening and were able to come and install it. It was a tricky install because of the layout of the attic but they got the job done and stayed into the night to complete it and explain the new system. We are very satisfied with the work and customer attention we got. I will be recommending them to all our neighbors that ask.
