I have been coming here for a couple of years now. The teachers , the owner, the students , everyone there is so kind. The studio space is lovely as well. I highly recommend the Friday stretch and restore class , it is a wonderful break in my chaotic week.

Cassandra, thank you! You are certainly part of that kind student family of which you speak! Thank you so much for practicing with us and for taking time to share your generous thoughts!
I’ve been coming here sporadically over the course of several years and it is one of the best yoga studios I’ve been too. The environment is friendly, supportive, and kind. The facility is clean and calming. The instructors are fantastic! It’s great for beginners and well versed yogis!

Oh, Amber! Thank you for these words and for taking the time to say them! We appreciate it and are so happy you like praticing with us!
Not like any other studio. The instructors are exceptionally trained, caring, and in the studio you can breathe an atmosphere of unity, mutual comfort, joy, inclusion and respect for each other’s individual goals. Definitely not a cookie cutter yoga studio.
I've been going to yoga here for several months, and I love every single class. All the flow classes are grounded in what attendees need, and the instructors are incredible. 12/10 recommend this studio for any beginner or experienced yogi.

Oh, Jania! Thank you so much for this! It means a lot, and we are grateful to have you practice with us!
I dropped in for a class while I was in town. Because it was MLK day, I called first to ensure the classes were continuing as scheduled. I received a prompt text back confirming the schedule and answering a question regarding paying the drop-in fee. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lindsay who offered a couple different options to make my drop in fee lower (how thoughtful!!) I was greeted by other students in the room as I got prepared for the class. The instructor opened the class asking if there were any requests from students on body parts to focus on. She did provide stretching and concentration on those body parts requested. She then noted the MLK holiday and that she would be providing some quotes to focus on during the class. The instructor's que-ing was clear and very well understood, even for a new student and her que-ing some moves that were new to me. The facility was clean, smelled fresh, and lighting was good, not only for class prep, but also during class and for Shavasana. The room had plenty of extra props to borrow during class. The studio was easy to find off the main road (good signage on the roadside marquee and on the building) Parking was sufficient given that I took an evening class (6:15 pm) The drop-in rate was in the average of what I expect to pay.

Oh wow, Jennifer! Thank you for this kind and thoughtful review! We are honored that you shared some of your visit to town with us!
Excellent experience with Holley this past weekend. She led a private session for our Girl Scout troop last Saturday. I have girls aged 5-10 years old and every single one of them left with an emerging interest in yoga! My moms were equally impressed and we are all wanting to take classes with Holley now! Ty so much firefly and Holley! We look forward to seeing you soon!

Oh my goodness, Angie! I am thrilled to hear that! Yay! I am so honored to have been part of the day you created for them and was so impressed, myself, with how sweet and wonderful they all were! You all are up to something really special! Thank you for your kind words, for working with me on this, and for sharing yoga with little ones! Namaste :)
