Is Firehouse Roofing any good?

Heberto handled this transaction professionally, politefully and efficiently. He explained the work on the roof in advance and showed before and after images to confirm the work he did. He explained his findings and offered recommendations on the things needing attention. He was a pleasure to work with.

Heberto first of all kind. When he asked, and then told me what he would do, he listened and explained very clearly what was needed. He did exactly what I asked for. Thankful for a very professional young man.

Heberto Morieia was professional and seems to be the only one who saw that flashing was not around the chimney. Thank you Heberto for inspecting the flashing. Thank you for having someone come to repair the flashing and leak. Excellent work.

Brandon came out to do a roof refresh for us as part of an arrangement with Milestone. He communicated clearly about arrival time and worked with me even when we were running behind getting back home. He was polite and helpful - and did a great job clearing off the built up tree debris that gets stuck on our roof!

Firehouse sent Brandon to inspect my roof. Very happy with everything. Will be using them for all my roofing needs.

Firehouse came out a few days ago to make sure my mom's water heater wouldn't leak. Brandon Castaneda showed us what he did and walked us through the process. Everything looked good as new when he was finished. Really happy with the work.

Awesome young man!

I've received estimates from half a dozen companies, but I decided to go with Firehouse due to their careful attention to detail and competitive pricing. They did not disappoint and since then have provided me with 2 complimentary roof inspections - Latest one done by Brandon - he did a thorough job making sure…

Will came out to perform the annual warrant inspection on my roof today. He was very professional, knowledgeable and great to talk to. The technician, William Harrell, provided exceptional service. His attention to detail as he was refreshing my roof, checking for any problems and cleaning the gutters was really impressive. He followed up with me to show pictures of the roof and made sure that I understood the findings and if I had any questions.

Will was great with my semi annual roof assessment. He provided video of the overall roof condition plus a few areas outside warranty that possibly needed to be addressed in the future. Would be glad to work with Will in the future.

Josh was very professional and thorough with everything.

Josh was super friendly and easy to communicate with.

Always have an excellent experience with Firehouse Roofing…great customer service! Anthony, Will and Jordan helped me this time with my annual roof inspection and they were all friendly and very thorough with their work & report afterwards. Great job!!

Jordan came to my home for a 1 year warrenty inspection of our roof and new fireplace cap. Very professional and responsive to my questions. I might add that he was very prompt ... no waiting all day for his appointment time.

Today I had a wonderful experience with Firehouse Roofing teaming up with Milestone having my HVAC replaced. Jordan Bauer represented Firehouse and was very professional with our conversations, thoroughly inspected the roof and the home for any concerns - he found some issues that he immediately fixed and ensured…

Brandon was very nice and helpful

Josh was very kind and professional and took photos of the damages to my roof so I could see exactly what he was describing and recommending.

Josh is very personable and helpful His visit was a no charge after an A/C Coils install.

Brandon was punctual, thorough, quick, and communicated very well when he performed a free roof clean up and inspection for us. He'll be an asset for anyone who employs him. Firehouse should probably give him a solid raise to make sure nobody poaches him.
