We had a storm approaching and I had a cap blown off of a vent. I called and someone showed up within a couple of hours. They went above and beyond to take care of my roof and made a few no pressure suggestions for future issues. What was amazing is they were responsive, kind, courteous and when asked what the charge was, because they put my cap back and just did a little caulk they said.................... nothing. This is the kind of people you can trust. Not that they can do this every time but for 10 mins of excellent work, that was far more than expected.

Disappointed to have to edit this review, but years of warranty issues from our new roof means we can no longer recommend. The warranty projects have been challenging, time-consuming, and ongoing. It’s always better when work is done right the first time, especially when it’s a major investment in your home.

Tanner came out last year in June and did some repairs for us including siding repairs, gutters, chimney work and installed 2 solar fans. He was very thorough, honest and the work got done quickly and it looks fantastic. He was in the area today and called me to stop by and look at all of the repairs. He showed me a video and detailed pictures of how it all looked and that all the repairs were looking and working as they should. I could not be happier with Firehouse and Tanner and will use them in the future if I need anything at all!
