Dont be a single woman and deal with this company UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE INTIMIDATED AND GASSLIT. Don’t expect anything to get done in a timely manner, was told I’d receive calls then days later I’d have to call. Felt second hand. Until they wanted payment. No itemized breakdown of cost, and of corse they quote you the highest and then want to charge you for that even when less work was done. If i could give zero stars or a negative review i would.
Just call a plumber and a brick mason, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The repair was started on October 6 and completed on October 15th. You were explained the time frame would be 7-10 business days for total repair and given a date each time before someone would come to do the work. You were also given total time and you were given an initial minimum price when we came to look at the repair initially. We then provided you the final estimated range and the final price was the very bottom of the estimated price range provided. We also came out initially last year and looked at the job and you decided not to do the work at that time. No one was rude or tried to intimidate you at any time. You also tried to hire my workers to do the work for you on the side and when told that they would not you became upset. You were very rude to my employee that came to finish the work and to me on the phone when we would not give you a price that was lower than the initial estimate. We also hooked up your gas logs that you purchased from somewhere else at no additional cost to you. We were expecting negative feedback from you simply because of how you treated us during the job. I told you that I would be happy to provide you with an invoice but that the invoice for this type of repair was a total cost invoice and not an itemized repair cost. The review of one star is not warranted because we did a good job and it was at the low end of the estimated cost that you were provided before any work was done.
This company does exceptional work. I’ve had them repair my fireplace at my house in Yukon. I also had them build me an outdoor kitchen and fireplace area and they did an amazing job. Thank you Zane and crew!

A plumber and the gas company were unable to relight the pilot light on our gas fireplace logs after a meter change. I was convinced we were going to have to replace the insert but y'all were able to get the ignition to work again and as a bonus, cleaned the glass!
The icing on the cake is that you came when you said you would!

We hired Fireplace Specialists to remodel our fireplace and couldn’t be happier with the results. Our original fireplace was very narrow and didn’t fit the larger TV we wanted to install. The team helped us redesign and extend the fireplace wall, creating a much more balanced and updated look for our living room.
