So bummed… Really loved this company and their products at first. Called to discuss our fireplace that isn’t working. They told us the warranty wasn’t valid anymore. We then called an independent repair person and they said we do in fact have an active warranty. We have been waiting for a new system for almost one year - our fireplace still doesn’t work… If your product stops working, you’re out of luck with this business.

I went in looking for fireplace doors to update my old wood burning unit, and had the pleasure of meeting Paula. I had not considered that I had so many options as I did before consulting with her. She guided me in coming up with the perct fit to style my dream home. I ended up with something completely different, and much more than what I had in mind when I walked in. Thanks Paula, you're the best in the business. Keep up the good work!!!

Fireplace Concepts does a wonderful job maintaining and diagnosing your fireplace. Dakota is an excellent technician and Heath is even very knowledgeable in electrical work regarding fireplaces. I highly recommend Fireplace Concepts!

We are building a house and came in to see what our fireplace options are. We talked with a very knowledgeable and friendly employee in depth about our wants and needs. He knew up front that we wouldn't be purchasing from here (we aren't building locally but wanted to see models in person), but he still went out of his way to share his time and knowledge about fireplaces. He gave us excellent customer service when most salesmem would have ignored us once they heard they weren't getting commission. I highly recommend Fireside Concepts for your fireplace needs!

great company who could have "upselled" us to a bigger, more expensive stove, but based on the description of our house, guided us to a smaller, cheaper stove. They were right. The recommended stove was perfect. Their installation team was punctual and professional.
