I have had my Jeep into Firestone twice now first for the air conditioning then for the brakes I absolutely adore the service manager he is very personable great memory haha and I will always return if I ever need any automotive services thank you Firestone

Called to search for a tire that not even the dealership had and immediately I knew I was in the right hands. Mr. Brian got on the search and came back with the solid win. He found a rare tire that I had been searching for two days. To add a cherry on top, the price was cheaper than the dealership would’ve charged me.

The entire experience was phenomenal and I was informed about each step along the way. The entire process was straight forward, the service technicians were exhausted from working all day but that did not stop them from being extremely professional and humorous!

The team here is always fast and polite. Break flush was very affordable and they checked for a discount code for me before I left to give me extra savings. The lobby is clean and comfortable if you wait for your vehicle.
