I have an aerobic system and it needed a new pump and other things as well as needing the tanks pumped out. Called Firestorm and they came out the next day, did all repairs without trying to upsell me on anything. They were quick, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I’ve done business in some pretty questionable places, but this is hands down the finest establishment I’ve ever dropped my pants in. The accommodations were cozy, the ventilation was ambitious, and the seating was surprisingly comfortable. No Wi-Fi, no complimentary mints, but I’ve paid more for worse experiences. The staff really knows their crap, and you can tell they take their business seriously. Whether you’re a casual visitor or a professional frequent flyer, these guys have you covered. 10/10. Would absolutely lose another 5 pounds here.
Came yesterday to clean septic and drove their big huge truck into my yard causing damage to my yard. Couldn’t find the lid after digging . They did not complete the job. Never found the lid! Wanted to come today but after the horrible unfinished job and yard damage yesterday we declined. Then they had the nerve to want to charge us for the use of their truck!! $ 150 called another place job completed no hassle no damage no problems! Don’t use
Absolutely the BEST service! We had a new septic installed along with a drain for our shop and RV. Chris and Dillon explained everything, answered all questions, and showed up on time. It’s very rare to get such great service these days. Thank you!

Everyone from the person answering the phone to the installers was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they did an excellent job putting in our storm shelter. Would highly recommend this business!
Five years ago (this month I believe) i purchased a storm shelter from Firestorm. They had a specific company doing concrete work and our shelter took water within a week or two. Chip got them out to pump and seal it asap but it continued so he had them pull it and put a new one in. The new one had issues with the door which was promptly repaired. Last year we noticed it taking on water and I messaged him. The prior concrete company did him dirty and ran off. We were in a drought the past year so havent see water, but a couple of weeks ago while we were in an active tornado warning I began recording because water was coming in from three places. I sent this recording to Chip and he agreed that this should not be happening and replaced our shelter at his company's loss. He was not rude with me at any point and was understanding to my frustration even. I appreciate the integrity they showed and I will continue to support, stand by, and recommend them to everyone! Thank you to both Chip and Rachelle for standing on your word and good name and for the peace of mind my family has during a storm!
