Rovy was great. Professional, kind, and just an all around pleasure to be around. He towed my 2001 Toyota Tacoma, he treated me like a customer and not just another tow on a list of tows. His knowledge was impressive. If you have a Telsa (which I do not) you need to use this guy. I had no idea there was so many steps in towing one. But he told me all about them and towing one isn't as simple as just hooking it up and driving off. He has over 24 years of expierence. As long as I live here and if I need a tow, he's getting my call everytime.
