We have a white house and it really needed a cleaning. Randy did a spectacular job. Attn to details. Timely. Protected electrical areas. Competitive fee. Husband came home after job was complete and LOVED it. He said, its Shiny clean. Thank you Randy. I will recommend you to everyone I know.
Randy is very meticulous and knowledgeable in his craft. There was an issue that pertained to original installer. Randy took the time to explain and went the extra mile to fix the issue! End result was exceptional!
Randy [First Choice Exterior Cleaning] was contracted to provide rust/irrigation stain removal from our house front [brick] and the associated front side walk [concrete]. From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, detailed, and safe. When completed, both the walkway and brick work were free of rust/ irrigation stains. Randy arrived on time and completed the job in less time than anticipated. He has a pleasant, friendly personality. And, is knowledgeable, professional, and very good at his job. This is our second encounter with First Choice Exterior Cleaning, and we will definitely use them again.

Second time to have these guys out to clean - they have been great both times. On time, friendly, professional, quality work and well priced. Highly recommend them!
I had my fence and my driveway pressure washed. Randy was very timely and professional. He arrived on time and did great work. He notified me throughout the day if anything of concern arose. I would definitely use him again.
