Tyler Mittendorf knows what he is doing. I've referred him out to tons of my clients, and he's great at handling concerns, answering questions and identifying any and all issues with a property. I just used him to buy my next home as well and I trust his report as if it was the only report I needed to make a yes or no decision. Very grateful for him and his skill set!

This company was very reliable and prompt. He knew what he was doing and very thorough I would definitely use them again
Tyler did a pre-closure inspection for a house I recently bought. He was extremely thorough and I was very impressed with his remarkable attention to detail. He took the time to periodically stop to explain any significant findings as he went on with his work. His final report was really detailed and showed the effort that went into the inspection. I had a contingency on the offer and thanks to Tyler I was able to negotiate down the price of the house. Thank you Tyler! I would highly recommend him without a second thought!
