Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. From Lyndsey and her kind reassuring and professional demeanor to Don who can fix anything. They even offer a ride home/to the store/or gym if you have to wait for your car. Will definitely be using them again.
The customer service could not have been better. They got my car done quickly and efficiently. They explain every step to me. They even took me to my care and showed me exactly what it was that needed to be fixed. I can't recommend them enough. I'll never take my car anywhere else. Great!!!!
Went in for evaluation of a popping noise. They advised the procedures and base cost before performing work. This was very helpful as it allowed me to make the decision to repair or get a new vehicle. In my case the repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle.
I had a great experience at First Class Hault! They applied a coupon for the special of the month that saved me $20 on an oil change and tire rotation. The pointed out the service that was due but did not push or try to make a hard sale. Excellent customer service!

The hole crew at First class HALT was amazing. This is my first Honda and it’s a 2016. They went through it top to bottom and were great with communication step by step. Easy to work with and if you live within 10 miles they shuttle you. Great service Great atmosphere I won’t take my Honda anywhere else.

It was a seamless experience from online scheduling to shuttle pick up. The staff (Randy, Lindsay, and Christina) all spent time with me helping me with whatever questions I had. The estimate was clear and thoroughly explained. I had checked around for pricing before I went to HALT and their prices were right in line with everyone else’s, but with exceptional service.
