Customers frequently cite punctuality, thoroughness, and efficient communication as key strengths of the house cleaning and exterior services. Recurring themes include professional conduct, fair pricing, and successful handling of various maintenance tasks like gutter cleaning and pressure washing. However, some low-star reviews highlight concerns regarding rigid customer service, unexpected charges for estimates, and occasional cancellations or communication gaps.
