Customers frequently cite punctuality, professional communication, and reasonable pricing as key aspects of the carpet, tile, and rug cleaning services. Reviewers note that technicians arrive on time, explain processes clearly, and effectively remove stains and odors from various flooring types. The business also handles off-site rug cleaning with prompt pickup and delivery. A minority of low-star reviews criticize discrepancies between phone estimates and final in-person charges, describing the pricing process as a bait-and-switch tactic that caused significant frustration.

We had some smells and stains on a brand new couch and they were able to come out the very day I called and it looks brand new and Aaron was amazing. He was so nice so friendly and everybody was friendly there I really really like them and would use them again!
I’m so glad I chose First Impressions to clean our carpet and tile. Kurt answered all my questions and patiently explained everything very well, and the technician Aaron did such a great job! He was on time, courteous and professional, and the results were excellent. Even my dog decided she liked him, and she doesn’t really like anyone (haha). I’ll be a repeat customer.
Service was quick and efficient. You can totally see a difference in the cleanliness of the carpet in our office. Aaron was great! Very personable and professional.

I had such a great experience with First Impressions Cleaning! They were super quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and got me scheduled so quickly. They did an AMAZING job on my tile and grout—I honestly couldn’t believe the difference! Everything looks so much cleaner and brighter, and they got all the buildup and grime out of the grout. So impressed and definitely recommend them! ✨

Fantastic job on a 75 year old wool rug that had water stains. Now looks beautiful with no signs of the stains.
