Customers frequently praise First Serve for punctuality, professional communication, and thorough water damage or carpet cleaning services. Many reviewers note reasonable pricing and the company's responsiveness to urgent restoration needs. First Serve did a great job in responding to an urgent water leak that affected 2 floors of our house. Today Mark and James came back out after all the contractors to clean the carpets and affected furniture. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. Everything is still drying but it looks great! I would recommend without hesitation.
