FirstLight is incredible! The caregivers are genuinely compassionate, attentive, and treat every client with so much warmth, dignity, and respect. You can truly tell how much they care about the people they look after — your loved ones are in great hands here.
The office staff is professional, reliable, and wonderful to work with. Communication is always seamless, and they provide total peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality home care!

With the help of first light things go good all the time around my house as I’m a blinded veteran. I can count on my caregiver being here all the time. I’ve had this company for about 9 years and had many great caregivers, I’ve worked with junior for a year and a half now and I count be more happy.

Lindsey and her team provide exceptional care to the Veteran's within her community. They are very proactive in making sure that their care is coordinated with the VA and family members, and that makes a huge difference. Thank you for your service on behalf of those who have served our country.

There was one time I got an unsuitable caregiver. I have a second complaint early on there was a lot of scheduling confusion. Things have been worked out now.
