I cannot say enough good things about this organization. My husband needed more care at home than I was able to provide. Gina scheduled the services quickly and with such lovely and talented staff. They were caring, respectful and knowledgeable. They were always on time - even during a bad snow storm.

Molly and the team at FirstLight Swampscott were wonderful throughout my grandfather’s final months. On only a few days’ notice, they assembled a superb 24/7 care team. Molly is exceptionally compassionate and maintains an impressive attention to detail regarding personal care. The aides were equally remarkable; Christina even helped him enjoy golf putting while using his sit-to-stand lift. We highly recommend FirstLight and are deeply grateful for the meaningful support they provided our family.

FirstLight have been wonderful, compassionate, flexible Angels taking care of my parents. We can highly recommend FirstLight Home Care and have found they have met and exceeded all our expectations throughout our journey these past few years. Mom and Dad, both in their 90s, have needed help with preparing meals, light housekeeping, assisted walks in the neighborhood and driving to social events and occasional dinners out. Our focus has been keeping them safe and engaged. This time included the Pandemic at its height. Amazingly, they stayed Covid-free. We have been so fortunate FirstLight has been able to provide consistent, well matched caregivers.

I have been using First Light Home Care over the past few years for help caring for my 90+ yo mom who lives with me. They have been excellent to work with- Gina Bush is not only highly professional and efficient, but she took the time to understand my mother and her needs. This was the first time we had ever had anyone in our home to help, and I was anxious about how it would go. Every caregiver that Gina engaged for us has been A+… a great fit and someone I could trust with her in our home. Highly recommend!
