These folks are wonderful. They are attentive to my father's needs and help out my mother with things that need to be done around the house to lighten her load as well. It's not that expensive and the investment is well worth the peace of mind for all involved in overseeing my aging parents.

Great service. They were one of the only ones that responded promptly and arranged for care and transportation for me immediately. Even if I give them short notice. Warren has been amazing with his transport and punctuality and he is very personable. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been Professional and understanding of my needs. Highly recommend.

Very responsive company. They make sure you do not go without service. When other companies will call and say they have no one to send out, office staff will show up to lend a hand.

Talked to Jenny about at home care for my father on March 14th he died on the 18th they never provided home care for my father. She said a check would be sent for a refund from corporate. When it never came she said somebody cashed the check then she said she was canceling that check and issuing us another one. Now she won't answer any of our phone calls we have never seen a check we even have gone by her offices and they say that corporate told them not to reissue a check which is not correct because I already talked to corporate. Stay away from. Have talked to the better Business burea and they wouldn't answer any of their emails. So that a ding and now the attorney general will get involved.

I highly recommend FirstLight Home Care. They are a caring and compassionate service that fit all my needs when it came down to making a decision for my mother. Heather is very caring and supportive when it comes to any questions or concerns that I may have. Annette has been by my mothers side for one year. I always know that Mom is getting the best care. Thank you Annette for all that you do and thank you FirstLight and your professional staff for your top notch service for all of our needs.

I can't say enough great things about FirstLight. They have been instrumental in providing care to my mom - first, providing concierge-type services (home check-ins, etc.) during her time in independent living, and later, private aid service at her assisted living home after her return from a long stay in the hospital. FirstLight goes above and beyond to help and ensure that your loved one is getting the best care possible, especially Jenny Price who is personally invested in making sure that all of FirstLight's clients are well taken care of. They provide personal, heartfelt service and make me feel like someone is really watching out for my mom, which is incredibly meaningful to someone who lives far away. I highly recommend FirstLight!
