He’s always been available to answer our questions and make everything go smoothly. We really appreciate the whole team’s help and are excited for our new home! We met with Duke, and had an absolutely easy, breezy, enjoyable experience. Duke listened to us describe our ideal living situation, and showed us a few options that would work. When we settled on our Floorplan, he was very helpful with getting us all set for the design meeting. We were living in NC at the time, so having someone in Louisville who kept us in the loop, clearly communicated and stayed on top of everything was so incredibly helpful! Duke is the DUDE you need to help you find, and design, your ideal Fischer Home!

We worked with Duke for our home buying experience and would definitely recommend him to others. We bought a quick move in as we were transferring into the area from MD and didn’t have enough time to design our own. We had a list of “must haves” that were non negotiable, he listened to them and recommended options that he had currently in his inventory ready to go. When we came to look at the house, he was very knowledgeable on the layout/options that came with the house. It was the first house we looked at and while he knew my husband and I loved it, he respected our decision to look at our entire list of houses before making an offer. He did not pressure us into anything, and in fact pulled more points with my husband by just being totally honest. The whole process took just over a month for everything as we were buying a quick move in and we were also pre-approved for a loan. The house itself is wonderful. We have had no issues thus far with our house, which is something we couldn’t say with other builders we have bought houses through. Fischer homes has been the best builder we have bought with so far. Duke was great to work with, he is very professional and has a good sense of humor. I would recommend this builder and Duke to all my friends and family who are looking for houses.

If you’re looking for a home builder in Louisville, look no further than Fischer Homes—and if you can get Noah and Duke, you’ve hit the jackpot! We recently purchased our new home in Champions Pointe with Noah and Duke, and the experience has been absolutely stellar from the beginning. The thing that impressed us most was how genuinely honest and low-pressure they were. From walking into a model home and meeting Noah by happenstance, there was never that uncomfortable “salesman” feeling or pressure to make a decision. Instead, they listened to what we wanted, answered our questions honestly, and made us feel like they actually cared about finding the right home for our family. And then there’s Duke…who apparently decided that selling us a house wasn’t enough—he needed to make sure our 1-year-old was living his best life too. During our very meeting to get everything nailed down, Duke went above and beyond to find toys and create a little play space for our son so we could actually focus on the transaction. That small gesture said A LOT about the kind of people we were working with. Buying a home is a BIG deal, and having people you trust in your corner makes all the difference. Noah and Duke have made this process exciting, comfortable, and scarily enjoyable for such a large purchase. Fischer Homes definitely has two gems in Noah and Duke. We can’t wait to watch our Champions Pointe home become a reality over the next few months!! 10/10 would recommend—and yes, we’d buy another house from them… but we won’t need to after building our forever home!!

Alexis L. has been a tremendous help. She explained the process of home buying for me in an understandable, clear way. She lays out next steps and gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend her for her patience, knowledgeability, and kindness.
