Positive Experience
never ever go to fish relater... they lies to much..i purchesed lot on heim hill on 2024 and my agent was jim benit and he told me you can build your home as soon as end off 2024.. and its 2026 august and its still not finish yet ... they lie to me... everything is ready but nothing is ready yet till Aug 2026...and i still waiting for they finish everything(road...water..sour..ppl..ugi) so i can build my house and i am paying property tax and school tax from last 2 year which property i never used.. so thing twice before trust lairs...never ever go to fish realter....i give them zero star.....

Professional, very knowledgeable & will research until exhausted if she doesnt know the answers. Cathi's Communication is always great (not sure if she ever sleeps) Her knowledge far exceeds the knowledge of the market. I feel this is because the FISH Realtors all work together weather they are making money off the transaction or not. They have a wonderful team who strive everyday to put eachother first so everyone can succeed. As for being professional.... Someone need to come up with a word that can be use to describe professional on a whole new level. I recommend Cathi a 1,000% but if you can't work with Cathi for some reason then if you work with a FISH Realtor then everything will turn out GREAT!!!
