I scheduled an appointment over the phone last Thursday, double checked my appointment via messenger yesterday, walked in today at the time of my appointment, talked to the gentleman at the desk and told him what I told them over the phone, then after I handed him my keys and got halfway across town going back to my job they called me to let me know they wouldn't be working on the windows in my car because they scheduled an appointment for the wrong job, on the wrong day, at the wrong time. After discussing the price of tint and removal during the initial call, it seems she promptly forgot the entire conversation and clearly displayed that in the interactions we had today. When I called I asked for an appointment for stripping and retinting, was told the price for stripping and retinting and agreed to do that on the date that was offered. I know what I wanted, what I asked for and what I agreed to, they clearly did not. They seem to have some preconceived notion that I am somehow less intelligent and "professional" than them, when in reality this entire issue could've been avoided if A. I was told when I arrived that what I was asking would not be possible or B. If I was actually heard during the scheduling process. I was instead told in person when it should be completed, and that I would receive a call when they were done, then instead I recieved a call to tell me they changed their mind. I'm really disappointed because of all the good reviews and friends that recommended I should go here, but I personally would not like a company so disorganized and confused to work on my car. They wasted my time and the woman I was trying to work with on this issue had an attitude with me over the phone. If you are upset that you can't do your job right, at least try not to take it out on potential customers.
Hello! Updating our reply since you updated your review. I did not forget our conversation- it was clearly stated that you needed two windows tinted. We did not know there was film on your vehicle which was clarified when we spoke to your mom after you left, since you all had the wrong price. When we called and apologized for the miscommunication and let you know there wasn’t enough time for that job and that we needed to work it in, in a couple of days, you were immediately unprofessional. If I had not ran to get my children lunch I would have been there when you dropped your vehicle off, however we did call less than 5 minutes after you left. Again, sorry for the miscommunication but we wish you luck on your car! Thank you for the review! I was told you had two windows that needed to be tinted when actually it was a strip and retint. I’m so sorry that we didn’t have time to complete the job today since we weren’t aware of what actually needed to be completed on your vehicle, but we run a very tight schedule. I apologized several times and tried to reschedule you two days out, even though our schedule is booked a lot further out than that right now. As a business owner, I tried to make it right but decided it was best if you make your appointment elsewhere due to the behavior you displayed towards us. Good luck!
