Hired this company for an exterior door repair at my rental property. They promised to start Sunday at 10 AM and send me photos of the finished work since I live out of the area. Nobody showed up, and they ignored my tenant's messages asking what happened.
They then promised to come Wednesday instead — another no-show, again with no explanation or apology.
On Friday, they asked me for a 50% deposit upfront. After missing two appointments with zero communication, there was no way I was paying anything in advance, so I declined.
Two no-shows, no communication, then a demand for money before doing any work. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

Excellent! Came out day of requested service to install a new door lock and fixed an issues that’s taken MONTHS to solve! Thank you for your dedication and craftsmanship! Would 10/10 recommend!

Scott and his team are incredibly nice and professional. My AC was broken and they came daily for 3 days until it was fixed (they got the cool air working day 1 but had to return to fix another issue). He also made sure to check in on my to make sure it was actually fixed.
It was easy and painless on my part and it all got done before the heat wave.
Would highly recommend!
