Love the class options! This is not a place where you are just a number - the staff get to know you and adjust the exercises to your needs/limitations. The other FitLife members are friendly, so it starts to feel like a real community - helps motivate me to go to classes and keep consistent.

I recently started PT at FitLife and couldn’t be happier with results. Sue Rittenburg has helped me avoid injury, build muscle and improve balance. I feel as confident now with my 52 year old body as I did when I was at my fittest in my early 30s.

I've been attending classes at Fit Life for about 3 months now, and I absolutely love it! There's such a wide variety, and all the instructors are fantastic. The infrared sauna is also a nice treat :)
